查看 PlatformIO 使用的实际命令非常简单：

不要点击 Build 或 Upload，打开 Advanced 文件夹并选择 Verbose Build 或 Verbose Upload。

这将显示所有正在运行的原始命令，例如 esptool.py 命令。
