74HC4051 及其变体如 CD74HC4051 有一个称为 INH 或 ~E 的输入（取决于制造商）。
通常你应该将此引脚硬连接到 GND 以始终启用多路复用器。
当你想禁用多路复用器（即没有输入连接到输出）时，临时将此引脚连接到 Vcc。
